I am the Regional Managing Partner of the Denver, Colorado office at Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm, with 38 offices across the country. Although we offer a broad range of labor and employment related services, I have particularly deep experience in non-compete and trade secret litigation, data privacy and cyber security matters. My clients include nationally recognized employers needing counsel for legal claims and issues arising from the movement of employees between competitor firms, as well as threats to intellectual property present in ordinary day to day, business practices. These issues include: trade secrets; non-compete, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements; data privacy and cyber security; unfair competition; employee raiding; and duty of loyalty. I have prosecuted and defended hundreds (likely thousands) of trade secret and restrictive covenant matters, obtaining and defeating injunctive relief in almost all fifty states, in addition to FINRA arbitration actions. In addition to litigating, I leverage FP's resources to advise companies -- particularly those in industries focusing on emerging technologies -- on a variety of labor and employment issues. These issues include: workplace safety; employee benefits; immigration; employment discrimination and harassment; wage and hour; federal contract compliance; and labor relations .
Listed skills include Trade Secrets, Litigation, Arbitration, Employment Law, and 17 others.
