Having joined the United States Navy in 1977, Mr. Hart served two tours of overseas duty supporting his country by learning and later leading the Electronic Warfare efforts of various battle groups. After six years of duty, Mr. Hart applied his efforts in real estate, obtaining a real estate license and buying his first fix-up property at the age of 24. Later, Michael spent 10 years in San Antonio, Texas as owner/operator of a group of retail stores and continued his entrepreneurial work in real estate. After selling the businesses in 1995, Mr. Hart went to work for Dell Computer in Round Rock, Texas. Opportunity knocked in 1998 when Michael was offered the position of Vice President of Information Technology for a New Zealand-based food company and he moved to Orange County, California. Mr. Hart was later promoted to Chief Information Officer and in charge of all networks, software and IT infrastructure world-wide. In 2008, Mr. Hart started Hart Technical Solutions. The company is dedicated to helping small businesses find, implement and maintain cost-effective IT solutions to business processes. Typical projects include designing, implementing or supporting CRM, Web, SFA, and network solutions. His current roles include consultant, director, manager, programmer and technician.Michael worked for a Boston school district as a network administrator and software development manager between 2014 and 2016.Mr. Hart currently lives in Cleveland OH.
