I am an accomplished leader with 20+ years of experience leading businesses across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, including more than 13 years as Chief Executive Officer in property businesses with responsibility for strategy formulation, financial management, business development, stakeholder engagement, and driving operational excellence. Managing businesses at both the market leader and start-up end of the spectrum, the businesses I have led have been acknowledged with multiple industry body awards for excellence in operations, marketing and communications, and customer experience. For two years I led Arrival Living - a specialist property management business operating in the emerging Build-to-Rent (BTR) sector in Australia. Pivoting out of our background in student accommodation, Arrival consulted to several BTR developers and investors on business planning, product design, sales and marketing strategy, operating cost models, and attribute pricing models. Arrival was the first third party operator of BTR in Victoria - managing a 173 apartment development in Port Melbourne. I have demonstrated experience in creating operating platforms, and understand how to scale them during times of rapid growth.
