I am the chair of the RDEQ IT Data Management Technology Council (DM TC). Our council identifies data management standards for Data Architecture, Data Development, Operations, Security, Reference & Master Data Management, and Business Intelligence (similar to DAMA BOK) for structured and unstructured data for Research, Development, Engineering, and Quality. We are developing a Three Horizons Model with technology road maps along with performing DM reviews of internal IT and non-IT projects.

Oracle Application Architect - November, 1998: I am responsible for in-house developed OLAP Business Intelligence application written in Oracle. The application front end is implemented in Oracle Forms and Oracle Application Express and accesses an Oracle database which is a global repository for various product related data. Report generation and distribution is accomplished in a Visual Basic Excel environment. I do requirements analysis, architecture, design, bug fixes, and end-user support as well as maintain the project plan and organize all work that is being performed by myself and on-site and off-shore consulting staff which reached up 10 people working 20 projects simultaneously.
