Assisted with Army/Navy – Red, White, and You Community Outreach in the City of Philadelphia. Leading professional and career development of 575 military and civilian personnel: Contributions provided Information Warfare support for joint military and national cryptologic and cyberspace operations.◉ Managed a unifying strategy to integrate available cyber resources in combating transnational criminal and U.S. security threats.◉ Led the design of one of the Navy's first Cyber National Mission Teams; ensuring the Team was cyber operations capable.

𝗠𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:◉ Oversaw program management of the Joint Threat Warning System, leading and directing a multi-disciplined government and contract program team in execution, research development, procurement, and sustainment of cutting edge, tactical systems. Surpassed $100M in funding for special operations worldwide. ◉ Synchronized the staff actions for a new start program to obtain Milestone Decision Authority approval and fast track contracting, testing, and training activities. Enabled, in less than six months, fielding of systems to Special Operation Forces.◉ Partnered with government entities across multiple organizations in order to expedite procurement and fielding of next-generation warning systems and technology. Saved $18M in scarce procurement funding, accelerated delivery timelines and provided sound technology modernization path for a five-year timeframe.
