Also includes leasehold loans (including Arizona State Land Department trust land leases), mezzanine loans and loan syndications and participations (both as counsel to lead lender and as counsel to co-lenders or participants).Represents Wells Fargo Bank, PNC Bank, MidFirst Bank, BNC National Bank, Alerus Financial and other financial institutions in Arizona loan transactions, workouts and enforcement activities. Serves as Arizona counsel to both lenders and borrowers in multistate loan transactions.Selected by AZ Business Magazine as one of Arizona's Top 100 Lawyers in 2018.
