This included answering Request for Response/Proposals (RFR/RFP), headcount/man-hour forecasting for proposed services and estimated Pay slip count, and presentation of services included in proposal for the Americas.

    • Created company’s first Product Management Department.• The goal of this team was to identify, prioritize and implement critical products and services that would enhance the CloudPay SAAS platform offering. A few of these projects that had great success were: o Workday / CloudPay Interface (Cloud Connect) – Worked with development to lay the foundation for the first interface template that would be used for numerous countries that allowed standardizing how employee master and payroll data would process between systems. This interface design is now used for various HRM systems. o BPM Tool – Worked with staff to introduce the company’s first Business Process Management tool (Process Maker) that allowed payroll to be processed in the same manner globally to meet 99.9% accuracy goals. o In-House Initiative – Created template process for procuring and implementing solutions that would allow for payroll processing to be taken in-house where currently 3rd party vendors are responsible. The countries that were chosen for this solution were based on cost to do business and complexity of processing payroll. This approach allows for a downstream positive ROI to CloudPay and provided better competitive pricing back to clients.
