As part of the Global Product Onboarding team with Barclays, I help to determine if the clients of Barclays are meeting all of their regulatory requirements, on a product level, for proper trading in all areas of business that Barclays participates.

•Mentor new hires through coaching, monitoring productivity, and identifying weaknesses to optimize efficiency, creating productive associates in a short period of time.•Motivate associates to achieve excellent results in strategic region initiatives and instill self-assurance in associates to better equip them in complex client apprehensions.•Guide associates to perform confidently on the phone through individual trainings and walkthroughs.•Facilitate and oversee team meetings to ensure associates are aware of current ADP/client matters.•Frequently propose process and product improvements for ADP to support both associates and clients.•Continuously provide superb client support by maintaining extensive knowledge of our products and establishing expertise in servicing ADP’s most complex technologies.•Actively contribute to committees in building associate engagement, morale, and an overall satisfying environment for all colleagues on my team and in our office.•Collaborate with management to institute new practices for co-workers through strong communication and anticipating associate needs.
