The eClinicalWorks Business Analyst provides consulting services to Enterprise Clients with complex requirements by ensuring a successful implementation of the Electronic Medical Records and Practice Management System. The Business Analyst also consults with existing clients to optimize efficiency, maximize utilization, and streamline the organizational processes through use of the EMR & PM System. Responsibilities for this role include:• Capture and analyze the customers’ business processes and requirements using various techniques (interview, questionnaire, observation, brainstorming and process mapping).• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and pinpointed areas of improvements.• Create business reports/executive summaries containing findings, recommendations and plan of actions. • Develop streamlined future state workflows allowing customers to be compliant with the Industry’s standards and requirements. Eliminate manual, time consuming processes, and redundant workflows.• Design comprehensive training programs and rollout strategies for individual clients based on the implementation type, number of users, and requirements.• Design/Publish training materials/cheat sheets with customized Business Processes Diagrams.• Conduct “Post Go-Live” Analysis to ensure maximum system utilization and adoption.Other duties performed by the Business Analyst include:Enterprise Directory Design & Configuration – This consulting service involves Strategic Enterprise Analysis in order to customize the configuration of the eClinicalWorks system in order to meet the needs of a client with a unique business model or stringent organizational requirements

Trained 200+ Physicians on the use of eClinicalWorks Software accross the U.S.•Traveled to client sites and trained end users (doctors and clinical staff) on the eCW software and ancillary functionalities via one-on-one coaching and classroom instruction.•Developed Work flow processes•Demonstrated the software to client practices, made suggestions on recommended workflows, trained and provided support•Communicated/escalated issues to Project Managers promptly and effectively to address any issues
