Over the last 25 years, I've advised dozens of organizations to become market leaders about their global partnering strategy, partner profit sharing systems and partnership governance.My most recent book is The Partner Compensation Handbook, the comprehensive guide on profit sharing in professional services partnerships (together with Ray D’Cruz, Globe Publishing 2022). My clients range from multinational partnerships and alliances to mid-sized firms to start-ups across the globe; most operate in the professional services, technology and related sectors. All of them value how my partnership advice is infused by hands-on experience as an entrepreneur and leader of partnerships - and how I bring together a unique combination of in-depth experience around partnership economics, governance, organizational design, motivation and reward to help clients drive growth. Alongside my consultancy work with MHPR Advisors, I was a seed investor and Chief Commercial Officer of allianceboard (a partnering technology startup), a role for which I was awarded Best Business Software CCO 2023 (Switzerland) by CEO Monthly. Prior to MHPR Advisors, I was Co-CEO Europe of a 4,500-member platform-based ecosystem and Managing Partner an international strategy consultancy I co-founded. I started my career as a certified public accountant, management consultant and US corporate finance lawyer at global professional services firms.My career journey began in accounting, management consulting, and corporate finance law, where I worked with prestigious firms such as KPMG (USA), Price Waterhouse (Eastern Europe), and Norton Rose (London).
