He is adept with evaluating environmental data to determine the fate and transport of contaminants, particularly in surface water and sediments; and with applying environmental forensic techniques to develop and support allocation frameworks for settlement of multi-party environmental disputes. Michael has authored several peer-reviewed hydrology publications and has assisted with instruction in short courses for modeling of contaminant transport.
