Even though I recruit for all sectors and levels I love working in the Wholesale/Retail Trade Sector, Logistics, Operations Management and Customer Service spaces.After running my own business and then working in the retail industry as a line manager, just over twenty years ago I took off the uniform and put on a suit to take a job as a Consultant with a Recruitment Agency. “Why?” you may ask. My passion is for building relationships and trust with people and facilitating solutions that have practical outcomes. It was from this beginning I developed a love for Human Resources, Employee Relations and Recruitment. I find it satisfying and rewarding working towards outcomes for both my clients and candidates. It’s through my persistence and desire to please that my results have been appreciated.My level of customer service is without question, very high and something I stake my reputation on. I've been known to be a key driver of cultural change and diversity and will not stop until objectives are achieved.
