• Provide in-person and virtual academic advising hundreds of students each semester• Manage a personal caseload of 325 advisees, which includes creating an education plan for each student and assisting students in navigating barriers to academic success• Connect students to additional supports in order to promote retention• Educate advisees on potential degree plans and guide them through course selection each semester• Utilize best practices in transition advising to ensure successful transfers to the four year college of a student’s choosing.• Work with students through Satisfactory Academic Progress (S.A.P.) appeals
