We are currently launching a new Dakkota facility in Toledo, OH producing a new Headliner assembly for a 2014 Jeep.

My position with DMI was as Quality Manager of the Detroit Division. DMI is a CNC manufacturer of cylinder heads, engine blocks, intake manifolds and other machined components for the automotive and non-automotive industries. Considered upper management, the Plant Manager and I were able to keep the team together through the transition from UBCI to DMI while maintaining production demands and profit standards. My position with Horizon was as Sr. QA Manager of the Romulus Division which manufactures complex value added screw machine, cold formed & CNC parts for the automotive industry. I accepted a transfer to the Romulus division in May of 1997 with the objective of working with this team to be part of the revitalization of this division. Among my many responsibilities were the promotion, training and attainment of QS 9000 certification.
