- Produced a variety of crime-and-justice-related content for CBSNews.com, ranging from the serious (“U.K. police officers fired over 2013 arrest that left man paralyzed”) to the downright weird (Police say a stranger spent THREE HOURS licking a doorbell)- Managed "48 Hours" social accounts before, during and after show time, bringing consistency across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter posts.- Used organizational skills to coordinate weekly Facebook and/or Instagram Lives with correspondents during the COVID-19 pandemic, generating tens of thousands of views for the show after it aired.- Used leadership, verbal, and written communication skills to train broadcast associates on daily tasks, including best digital strategies for the "48 Hours" social media accounts.- Consulted the senior production team on how to best market the show for their target audience on social media.- Spearheaded the creation of a Disability Stories tab on CBSNews.com.- Innovated show marketing strategies with the creation of the "48 Hours" Case Files, videos that dived into the lesser-known aspects of the show each week — generating millions of views for the show.- Developed strategies to promote multiple projects for CBS News and “48 Hours,” including “The Gayle King Interview with R.
