Sourcing CV's by various means like Job Portals, Head Hunting, Referrals, and Existing Database. Handling initial round of HR interview in order to judge the candidate's Suitability, attitude, academic & professional qualification, experience, Communication skill etc, before forwarding it to the clients. Co-ordination of the interviews, scheduling the interviews and organizing them. Ensuring that these candidates turn up at the venue by making repeated reminder calls. Maintaining the Daily and weekly MIS Updating the reports and handling the MIS. Maintained accountability for the effective and efficient staffing and full hiring cycle for leading IT clients with delivery centers across globe and for internal projects. Updating process information as per client requirements through direct interaction (telephonic/via mail) . Conducting Post recruitment follow-up of candidates after joining the organization.
