Managed a diverse team of engineers and employees, and developed a strong culture for the group. • Led project to monetize OneReceipt for Ebates, which included analyzing members’ purchase behavior data from Ebates and OneReceipt, and identifying and prioritizing new revenue streams and marketing strategies. • Scaled infrastructure to support Ebates’ millions of users through the development of big data technology. • Oversaw R&D for new concepts requiring rapid prototyping and production-ready releases. • Operated OneReceipt’s website, mobile native app, browser extensions, and white label API service, while also developing priorities, QA, marketing, and customer service.

Effectively raised seed round of capital for the company. • Created and launched website and mobile app to exceptional reviews from design and financial blogs, including a rating as one of the best designed financial apps by WSJ, TechCrunch, and others, and as a Top 10 App by Apple. • Programmed frontend and backend, designed interfaces, and led engineering team in generating initial version of OneReceipt.

Established an agile development process which doubled velocity. Organized multivariate and A/B tests to optimize critical areas which in turn improved site performance by 40%. Managed product development and performed pre/post analysis to measure success. Designed and formatted custom reports to better highlight key performance indicators.
