As Regional President of AssuredPartners Great Lakes Region, I have the privilege to lead dedicated insurance professionals in the state of IL, MI, Northern OH, and Western PA. My passion and mission are the same: to lead and inspire others to accomplish more than they have ever dreamed of doing. My early experience as a producer for a national insurance broker helped me understand how difficult it is to develop a large book of business, especially in my early 20’s. After learning the business and becoming more successful as a producer, I transitioned into leading offices. This is where I found my passion. I once read, “To mentor is to touch a life forever.” Helping others find success and grow as an individual is why I do what I do. It is more exciting than you can imagine being an insurance professional, board member, mentor, and yes, even an insurance geek. The insurance industry has done a poor job promoting how dynamic and electrifying a career in this business is. My colleagues are progressive thinkers eager to out-sell, out-hire, and out-perform their competition. They’re willing to put in the hard work to accomplish their professional goals. And they know that hard work is the recipe to get on the road to success. As a former board member of Girls Inc. of New Hampshire, I still enjoy mentoring all girls including my daughter to be strong, smart, and bold. Currently, I sit on the board for Andovia out of Woburn, MA. Andovia helps companies with complex data problems utilizing their no-code platform. When not at work, I value spending time with family and friends. I am an avid tennis player and enjoy investing in real estate and stocks. My wife Leanne, daughter Ari, and I reside in Hinsdale, IL.
