Embedded within the Network Analytics and intelligence (NI&A) engineering group in a DevOps & data scientist role. NI&A are a full R&D group producing complex data insights discovered within the Oracle dataset (the largest of its kind in Australia). NI&A are a full DevOps CI/CD environment backed by Oracle database with additional distributed datasets - Cassandra.My role included the build of additional pre-parsed (Data Mart) datasets to support:• Engineering web Applications, critical in-field network electrical properties• Additional complex machine learning based data products• Refactoring existing processes to optimise oracle data analysis throughput• Linux administration across a huge inhouse server farm

This network covers the eastern half of Victoria servicing 800,000 homes.
