Locate and recover lost company assets to return back to proper supply chain. Minimize parts shipped in expendable to reduce shipping, material and labor costs. Collaborate with facility Engineers to identify cost savings opportunities. Recommend and implement process improvements for customer on-site. Identify and recommend changes to meet customer and supplier packaging needs. Calculate needed packaging for supply chains. Keep MGO/MGO-CTS updated for all plants returnable packaging needs.

Worked last 4 months as Team Lead on inbound dock for LGR managing a team of 3-4 direct reports. Responsible for all outbound returnable dunnage loads. Verified prebuilt dunnage loads had correct containers and quantities required for return to supplier. Managed dunnage levels to determine how much to distribute of the containers to each supplier on outbound loads. Responsible for identifying and locating misplaced containers. Responsible for keeping all LGR dunnage organized and in assigned location
