Leads the Software Delivery organization, consisting of multiple teams as part of the Hosting team. The Software Delivery teams are responsible for cloud operations, automated tooling, CI/CD, software build, automation, software deployment, and system monitoring for both uptime and performance.Team Mission Statement: Reduce the work engineering teams must do that is not germane to creating software. Provide infrastructure and infrastructure support as both cloud operations team and cloud architecture team.

Leads the Delivery team, supporting DevOps activities for the software development team. Responsible for the build, deploy, test, and release processes. Provides repeatable and reliable delivery pipeline tools and procedures. Maintenance responsibilities included creating and implementing maintenance plans to provide performance tuning and backups and to perform emergency restorations as needed. Responsible for break fix support and administration of all assigned applications. Acts as Project manager and business lead for assigned initiatives.- Acted as project lead to design and develop database applications to provide email notifications to over one thousand users in Field Operations teams.- National Data migration lead project managing data transition to new national Operations site information application.- Responsible for designing, administering, and supporting applications to warehouse and report data for over one thousand users in Field Operations and RF Engineering.- Winner of Nextel Circle of Excellence award for outstanding performance.

Responsible for reporting, gathering and analyzing data, application and web development, mapping and database administration. Duties also included facilitating report creation, working with function managers to fine-tune necessary reports and procedures.- Developed and implemented Databases and Websites.- Developed and implement the Critical Statistic Alert Tool, BR Power Report, Exception Report, and Outage Tracker, in an effort to increase the speed of site outage resolution.- Created macros and applications to support Engineering and Field Operations.

Leader of Explosive Ordnance (EOD) team. Manager of as many as 6 subordinates. Responsible for responding to military and civilian bomb threats and similar potential crises; personally responded to over twenty emergency incidences in six months ended May, 1999.- Logistics Manager responsible for unit financials, purchasing unit supplies, and maintaining accountability of over three million dollars worth of equipment.- Maintenance Director responsible for maintaining over three million dollars of military equipment.- Instructor of classes for military and civilian law enforcement officers on explosive devices and explosive effects.- Numerous awards including Battalion Non-Commissioned Officer of the Quarter, Battalion Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year, Army Achievement Medal (1997), two Army Commendation Medals (1997), and commendation by U.S. Secret Service for outstanding support.

Led EOD soldiers in response to numerous military and civilian bomb threats and similar potential emergencies including support to U.S. Secret Service during Presidential and Vice Presidential visits and the 1995 visit of Pope John Paul II to New York City.- Training Director responsible for the 142nd Ordnance Companies response training program, civil law enforcement training, and coordinating ammunition and weapons for all such training events.- Maintenance Director responsible for over one million dollars of military equipment, vehicle operator certification and equipment repair coordination.- Numerous awards including Army Commendation Medal (1997), three Army Certificates of Achievement (1996-1997), and commendation for outstanding success on Command Inspection.

Learned ordnance, explosive, and crisis management procedures and how to handle the situations themselves.- Awarded a Top Secret Security clearance with a Special Background Investigation (1995).- Achieved 3rd position in the class with a 93% grade point average.

Led ten infantry soldiers, led communications operations, led transportation operations, and supervised the preparation and recovery for training and combat deployments.

Led more than fifty soldiers as Student Platoon Guide and Squad Leader, responsible for the course curriculum and care of other students.
