Responsible for bringing a new product from early concept through production launch. Led a small team of mechanical, electrical, motor and manufacturing engineers bringing the new product through a structured phase gate development process. Managed the project in order to accomplish its goals as it relates to product requirements, schedule, budget, product cost and quality.

• Led Cost reduction, planning, supplier management and business metrics for the AMS Nitrogen Generation System for Boeing 787-8 and Embraer ERJ 170/190 Pack Outlet Ducts Redesign.• Lube/Thermal System Management Mechanical and Electrical Buy Equipment Project Engineer to support the CIPT leader for the Geared Turbofan Development Program, JSTARS and the Advantage 70 Certification Program. • Completed characterization and development testing, data reduction and thermal performance evaluation of the Liquid Air Palletized System (LAPS) for the Boeing P-8A Aircraft, using Ethylene Glycol as the coolant fluid. • Supervised an Integrated Product Development (IPD) team, conducted design reviews, Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) submittals, trade studies, standard work, performance and acceptance test procedures (ATP), product improvement, qualification and delivery of the manufactured articles.

• Led a global partnership of Pratt & Whitney, MTU, Goodrich and Hamilton Sundstrand responsible for integration and installation of engine components and systems into C-series Bombardier Pure Power Geared turbofan and JTDP03, a PW6000 turbofan based technology demonstrator. • Key integration activities include: managing the product review process, establishing system and component requirements and documentation, root cause and corrective action (RCCA), configuration definition, and risk management, monitoring component conformance to requirements.

• Test engineer for the performance evaluation of a Proton Exchange Membrane fuel cells (PEM) for transportation as well as stationary applications.• Oversaw test stand operation, procedures, troubleshooting and acceptance testing. Accountable for fuel cell performance including power generation, fuel and air sensitivity, and load calibrations.

• Project manager for the design and manufacturing system for high-speed turbomachinery components. • Developed test rig design and implementation to evaluate fuel cell compressor’s performance including airflow, motor commutation, system response and stability to meet customer requirements.• Real time data acquisition and system monitoring of a refrigeration compressor using LabVIEW.

• Collaborated directly with customers, sales and manufacturing teams to develop custom air moving solutions utilizing a comprehensive line of fans and blowers in a fast paced environment.• Technical support for both internal and external sales people and customers in the areas of product selection and application. Identified and determined solutions to field application problems.
