My extensive experience in IT support, project management and customer service, coupled with my dedication and reputation for excellence, make me a perfect candidate for your organization.My background includes working closely with a diverse group of data architects, software developers, database administrators, as well as healthcare and IT professionals in the credentialing and data management sector during my employment with software development firm Applied Statistics & Management, Inc. (ASM). Starting out in an IT support role, I was required to analyze and problem-solve potential software issues in real time with medical staff coordinators via telephone, email, and desktop sharing. In addition, I would provide instructional lessons to hospital staff end-users across the country through daily online webinar tutorials and personal on-site training. Moving up from a support role into the position of Project/Implementation Manager allowed me to work alongside database administrators on relational database management systems and facilitate the migration of vast amounts of hospital data. The job required working intimately with medical staff credentialers and hospital IT personnel who purchased ASM’s proprietary cloud-based credentialing software, aptly named "MD-Staff." Sensitive projects such as these required coordinating a timely project plan, performing detailed quality assurance assessments, adhering to strict security protocols, having contingency plans in place, and ensuring all parties involved - such as Medical Staff Credentialers, hospital IT staff, and ASM engineers - successfully met each intended milestone on time.
