ELP (www.emergingleaders.us) is a community of practice at the intersection of transformational leadership and social change.

The "Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence Courses" (DGEIC) are the only online training program based on Dr. Goleman’s model of EI competencies. The bundled courses, Foundational Skills and Relational Skills, are each six weeks long. The courses are a blend of asynchronous online learning, and facilitated live sessions with a cohortAs Course Manager my responsibilities include:- Collaborate with Key Step Media leadership to develop and implement strategy for DGEIC- Project-manage the delivery of DGEIC, from pre-launch through post-mortem- Steward continuous improvement process including: updating course content, developing Learner and Facilitator support materials, and obtaining and integrating Learner and Facilitator feedback- Support Marketing Consultant, Course Coordinator and Course Facilitators to energize their roles

As Course Facilitator my responsibilities include:- Support Learners on their e-learning journey through 12 weekly Modules addressing core competencies of Dr. Goleman’s emotional and social intelligence model- Facilitate Live Sessions via Zoom to enhance Learners’ understanding and application of the course material and strengthen the connections between Cohort participants
