I love leading people through change. I am passionate, customer obsessed, organised, and deliver excellent quality work under the most strenuous conditions. I lead projects and changes providing expertise in process and system improvements. I take a holistic view of both business and customer needs whilst driving continuous improvements within the operation. I enjoy developing myself, taking on new challenges and love learning new skills. I have over 20 years’ experience leading people in a variety of settings and have a wealth of knowledge. Most recently I have been working for E. ON Energy as an Operational Change Specialist and I have really enjoyed delivering quality change in a variety of areas. I am a great strategic thinker with a flair for problem solving and I have a can-do attitude with attention to detail which helps me deliver quality time and time again. I am driven to achieve a high level of performance both from myself and those around me. I have developed my organisational and people management skills and I have a strong desire to succeed in everything I do. I am excited for my next challenge and putting my experience and skills to good use. As someone who has recovered from Mental Health challenges, I am passionate about helping people do the same with the skills I’ve learnt along the way. My next chapter is about to begin, and I am excited about what’s ahead.
