The company was then purchased by Avnet, then Tech Data.• Transformation: I was Executive Vice President and GM at CIT, where I led a $80 million electronics instrument rental business through a successful turnaround and sale.• Start-up: I led the US team during the second year of the Austin based headquarters for Impero Software, a UK based Education Software (SaaS) company. In 2019, we grew New Business 46% YoY, and achieved 64% growth on renewals. The success carried into 2020, as we booked 172% of our ARR target in Q1.I enjoy sharing my leadership skills, both as a past board member of two non-profit organizations focused on providing children with the skills needed for future success, and in small group forums and individual coaching sessions.
