I enjoy narrowing the gap between technical design and end user functionality.HRIS Management - I have spent the majority of my career in the HRIS/HCM space configuring and supporting a variety of HR applications. Product Management - My domain knowledge led me to a couple of roles designing and deploying HR Applications as Product Manager and Product Owner. Ensuring what was intended in the design translates into a functional application that can be interpreted by the end users to make their jobs easier and more efficient.Project Management/Implementation - I enjoy taking a client from the decision stage to go-live which requires the 4 C's - Communication, Consideration, Coordination, and Cooperation. My rapport with clients puts them at ease and turns a daunting task into something manageable. Clients enjoy having someone that can assist with the entire process, system setup, data manipulation, data population, vendor integration and custom reporting or BI.Leadership - I have managed several teams during my career, getting the most out of each team member by encouraging them to embrace their strengths and rely on teammates for their weaknesses.
