I enjoy narrowing the gap between technical design and end user functionality.HRIS Management - I have spent the majority of my career in the HRIS/HCM space configuring and supporting a variety of HR applications. My rapport with clients puts them at ease and turns a daunting task into something manageable. Clients enjoy having someone that can assist with the entire process, system setup, data manipulation, data population, vendor integration and custom reporting or BI.Leadership - I have managed several teams during my career, getting the most out of each team member by encouraging them to embrace their strengths and rely on teammates for their weaknesses.
