He did so by cultivating a high-performance, other-centered culture where team members were bound by a commitment to personal and professional growth and the collective vision to achieve at the highest levels. Having spent much of his career as an entrepreneur building independent agencies, Adam joined Aflac's corporate ranks as a Market Director then as West Territory, Vice President where led a team of nearly 5,000 salespeople out of a decade of decline, to become an industry juggernaut with double digit sales growth and more than $256M in annual sales. That same year, Adam launched a web series Elevate with Adam, and podcast- The Lighthouse with Adam H. Michaels which to date has amassed nearly ten thousand highly engaged followers and appreciated more than 4 Million views.
