PlanTrail aims to augment and secure the process of installing andinspecting fire sealing in buildings.Together with my co-owner Tobias Chevalier we are creating a platform that every propertydeveloper needs. The platform also has potential outside of the fire sealing business.This potential might be addressed at a later stage.

FunBeat was sold to PaceUp International in May 2018.FunBeat is Swedens largest fitness community with 350,000+ registered members. The business modell is "freemium", i.e. ads are shown to non paying users. Paying premium users gets extra features and an ad free experience.

The company group Wahlstedt Sageryd started out as Wahlstedt & Partners in 1991 by Bengt Wahlstedt. In 1993 Bengt hired me as a consultant to build the financial portfolio management system, IVAR. In 1995 I became the second co-owner and we changed the company name to Wahlstedt, Sageryd & Partners.Wahlstedt Sageryd Financial Services is now a group of companies with three products:- IVAR Asset Management System- WS Financial Services, back office insourcing from mutual funds and financial institutions- WS Performance Services, delivering performance and compliance servicesWS has gained a great market share (if not the greatest) for portfolio administration software and back office services in Sweden.In 2010 I decided to move on with new ventures and sold my share of the company to the other owners. ParaGEL delivered specialized administrative applications for DOS and Windows.I started ParaGEL AB during high school. Half of the company was owned by another programming consultant company. The co-ownership gave me booth co-workers and a great source of knowledge and inspiration. Apart from building administrative database applications I also held classes in Novel Network at Scribona.Example of applications I created during this time:* STRIX TelevisionA system for inter company charge of equipment. (Paradox for DOS)* STRIX Television"Family feud" question database. The application housed questions which was combined into batches for the program series via rank, points and randomization. (Paradox for DOS)* EricssonAn application for handling union negotiations and salary settings via a point system that was used at part of Ericsson during this time. (dBase IV)* FordonskammarenA system for handling thousands of items for auctioning. I started building this system in 8:th grade (15 years old). During the years I rewrote the applications for new platforms. The Paradox version of the application was used at the auction firm for about 13 years handling more than a hundred thousand items and cars. (Ability, dBase, Paradox)
