Integrated three different Sales/Marketing/Account Management teams across these locations into one unified process, culture and mindset to ensure growth of the division.

Built out and led the team responsible for global: sales development, sales fulfillment, events, marketing, sales operations and strategic solutions of iLEVEL. Designed the sales process to follow a repeatable sales methodology and increase revenue 342% in 2.5 years. In that time we grew the client base from 35 to over 140, opened offices in London to service the EMEA market, grew the client development team from 4 people to over 20 and increased valuation by 3.5x. This all led to a successful exit of iLEVEL to Ipreo to form the Private Capital Markets division.
