Projects support the Internet Services Division and Online Small Business Portfolios.All integration projects require detailed cost/budget management plans and adhere to the Rational Unified Process (RUP) utilizing all phases of the RUP project lifecycle.

CUSTOMER RESOLUTION PROJECT MANAGEMENTLead cross functional & cross platform projects with IT, legal, compliance, marketing, and various operational stakeholders to process map existing functions and develop business requirements to correct & re-engineer complex systems & processes. Six Sigma methodologies were utilized with process re-engineering projects. Team also captured & reported Basel II events.BUSINESS ANALYSIS - MARKETING FULFILLMENT & DELIVERYProduced technical business requirements to facilitate SQL development & file delivery to vendors & systems. QUALITY ASSURANCE To ensure the quality execution of direct mail & database marketing campaigns, we designed & performed data audits, list execution code audits and direct marketing creative reviews. Quality assurance was conducted using SAS, SQL, Business Objects, Unica and system sampling to verify the accuracy of list development against business requirements. Data audits were conducted using Business Objects & SQL to validate data quality after each data refresh.PRODUCTION SUPPORT Performed incident management functions by monitoring the stability of internal and external marketing distribution channels (Web, Retail, Phone, Direct Mail Processing). Upon identifying issues that negatively affect a channel, we would facilitate issue resolution through escalation conference calls with Enterprise IT and other business partners. To help facilitate seamless escalation & resolution, team partnered with multiple stakeholders to develop, certify & implement escalation procedures.
