Sustainable Communities Corporation (SCC - https://scf.green) is implementing the Sustainable Communities Framework (SCF) program (https://scf.green/scf) developed by National Commonwealth Group. I am the chief architect of the SCF system and will be responsible for guiding its implementation throughout the nation and the world.My current focus is deploying the SCF in Nigeria (https://scf.green/ng/) where we are launching a ground breaking food grant program (https://scf.ng/basic-food-grants/) to eliminate food insecurity and extreme poverty (https://scf.ng/poverty-elimination/). Nigeria is the 6th most populated country in the world and has the highest percentage of its population living in extreme poverty.

Wisconsin Battery Company (WINBAT - https://winbat.co) intends to manufacture and distribute a new class of batteries based on hemp as their prime ingredient. Hemp batteries last 8X longer than lithium, outperforming graphene for 1000th of the cost.

In 2013, I joined Commonwealth Group serving as the organization’s Managing Director and Chief Architect. Commonwealth Group LLC was a management and consultancy firm that owned and operated three businesses: 1) Family Office Impact Investing – “FOII” was a website & consultancy dedicated to "all things impact investing" for family offices, 2) Commonwealth Capital – “CC” was a small business holding company (SBHC) that served as the acquirer of small and medium private companies and 3) Syndications Associates – “SA” was a syndicator that aggregated smaller private companies under a holding company.FOII fosterd impact investing by entities such as family offices, endowments, foundations, pension funds that were in a position to dramatically accelerate the flow of funds into impact investments. That includes those that can put a "very large thumb" on the scale of impact investing. That in turn would help the impact investment for the benefit of all. CC was a benefit corporation intended to be a public company providing liquidity and support resources to private companies and their owners and to foster the creation of other such public small business holding companies. At the appropriate time CC planned to become a public company, one of the first public benefit corporations in the country. SA specialized in aggregating a number of smaller companies under a common private company holding company umbrella, with the objective of increasing the value of the individual companies by virtue of the aggregate value of their whole enterprise. Thereafter the whole enterprise could go public or be sold to a buyer who might keep that enterprise private, or the buyer may be a public company, resulting in the enterprise being part of a larger public company.

As the Executive Director & Program Developer at National Commonwealth Group I help to motivate, direct, and lead the organization, as well as lay it’s foundation for expansion. As one of the top experts in industries including non-profits and state owned banks, I provide entrepreneurs with a vast amount of knowledge and advise.Founded in 2008, National Commonwealth Group was a non-profit economic development think tank dedicated to the study and promotion of socially responsible business, impact investing and financial institutions. National Commonwealth Group promoted triple bottom line (social, environmental, and economic) approaches to business, banking, financial markets, and economic development. As the Head of IT for Hewlett Packard Laboratories at corporate headquarters and IT Strategist for in-company IT solutions for the whole company, I pioneered a number of new initiatives throughout the organization. One of these included establishing a new business development project intended to provide a more conducive lab-to-market environment for technologies that were not finding commercial outlets within the company. In addition, I consulted with over 700 of HP’s PhD research scientists to adopt Windows 4.0 for their personal workstations, which I successfully got 80% of these individuals to adopt within a 6-week period.
