I have 25 years of educational experience including teaching mathematics at the middle, high school and college level, working with community organizations on school policy, advocacy and involvement and my current work building the capacity of K -12 school teachers and administrators to improve the education experiences and opportunities for their students. I also plan and deliver professional development activities for the whole T3 Teacher Leader cohort at that school. I serve as part of school leadership team and meet regularly with principal and school administration to ensure program fidelity.
