Represent purchasers and sellers of real estate properties, including, without limitation, REITs, real estate investment companies, institutional and traditional mortgage and mezzanine lenders and borrowers in real estate finance transactions, including multi-property and multi-state acquisitions and the refinancings pertaining to office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, mixed-use properties and multi-family properties. My practice includes a full range of commercial real estate transactions, such as mortgage and other financing transactions, commercial leasing, and the sale and securitization of mortgage loans in the secondary market. I also represented privately and publicly-held companies in all phases of their corporate existence, including formation, capital raising, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance under the federal and state securities laws.
