• Developed and programmed custom payment portal to allow clients to make online payments via ACH and credit cards which reduced overall payment processing costs (credit card only previously) by 68% with the introduction.
• Implemented quality control processes to reduce errors and/or omissions in architectural construction documents leading to fewer comments from the city during plan check and shortening the time between permit submittal.
• Implemented and enforced best practices for business processes including an accounts payable approval workflow, subcontractor engagement workflows, time-off request workflow, contract execution workflow and expense.
