I continually strive for further my development through continuing my education, engaging with mentors, and simply staying up to date. I believe that Values-Based Leadership and Stakeholder Theory are the foundation from which the highest functioning teams and organizations are built. My thought process is grounded around the simple notion that complexity is only better if it adds value. To sum this up in two words, I call it "radical simplicity". However, problems are rarely simple which is why it is important to deeply understand the problem before throwing out solutions.
