About Michael Scafani
As a senior project engineer in McKinstry’s energy practice, I support a wide variety of construction projects focused on generating energy savings for our customers. In my short time here, scopes have already ranged from K-12 renovation, HVAC and controls upgrades, street lighting retrofits and even an automated utility metering upgrade. I’m proud to be a part of a mission-driven organization that is using its excellence in construction to mitigate the climate impact of the built environment. Prior to McKinstry, I worked in the semiconductor industry, managing field installations and upgrades of lithography equipment at ASML and later growing my construction expertise as a facilities engineer at Microchip Technology. With experience in direct client service, manufacturing, and technical support I understand that both technical excellence and responsive customer service are fundamental to success regardless of role or industry.
Listed skills include Microsoft Office, Public Speaking, Leadership, Customer Service, and 20 others.
