• Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research by identifying clients, prospective clients, and non-clients that may have an interest in a potential functional development. Working with those stakeholders through contextual design, market segmentation, and usability testing to gain an understanding of the customer problems and system usage.• Contributes to organizational success by sharing subject matter expertise by participating in user forums on an annual basis; teaching classes and serving as a backup trainer; participating in general session presentations; writing and maintaining user documentation, system protocols, procedures, and reference material; and coaching and mentoring product management staff to develop skills.• Curated and expanded our database library (‘TeamStore’) of audit content, including audit programs, ICQs, regulatory compliance checklists, and risk/control libraries & matrices.

• Acts as a Product Owner and leader on scrum teams using Agile software development methodologies. Work with teams (lead developers; product management and quality assurance leads) to identify and prioritize cycle and sprint goals, participate in daily global stand-up meetings to discuss high-level issues with other project teams; Also responsible for user acceptance (UAT) testing.• Leads the cycle planning work by working with a User Experience and Technical Architects team to create mockups, understand impacted personas, and high level feature requirements for given features• Ensures system functionality meets design requirements by acting on behalf of the user during sprint reviews; participating in redesigns if the functionality does not meet design requirements; presenting the design to internal stakeholders and external clients during the development cycle• Contributes to organizational success by sharing subject matter expertise by participating in user forums on an annual basis; teaching classes and serving as a backup trainer; participating in general session presentations; writing and maintaining user documentation, system protocols, procedures, and reference material; and coaching and mentoring product management staff to develop skills.

Provide consulting and training services for companies implementing and using Wolters Kluwer's TeamMate Audit Management software.• Deliver audit presentations to Audit Directors and Vice Presidents.• Discuss potential process improvements with clients, gaining an understanding of internal audit reporting needs, and aligning these with the TeamMate configuration. • Evaluate, plan, train, configure, troubleshot, and prepare clients for the complete implementation of TeamMate audit solutions at client’s facilities while resolving any issues, and recommending corrective solutions and alternatives.• Consult with clients on all TeamMate software products, including supplying expert evaluation and best practices information to clients based on examination of their audit and risk processes. • Provide guidance to clients’ management on how to update the various TeamMate modules and reports, leading end-user training to assist clients with performing and reporting on a full risk assessment. • Identify risks, recognize impact, and consult with client to discuss mitigation plans associate with the configuration and implementation of the TeamMate product offering.• Assist with product enhancement suggestions and design.• Assist sales representatives with client demonstrations and RFPs.
