My experience stems from training other financial planners and insurance agents, because of the value I have placed in relationship building and problem-solving my career has progressed into coaching and strategizing. I’ve learned, and truly believe, that you should never act as an island, teams will always accomplish greater feats. I’ve seen the pitfalls of being a product pusher and know that being a solutions creator, especially when you are at a crossroad in life, is much more valuable. Simply put it’s how I know I like to be treated, so all of my processes work toward that end goal. I believe I’m different because I enjoy educating my clients and my personal sense of accountability leads me to C.A.N.I.- Constant And Never-Ending Improvement.
