Responsible for all REO/Asset Management functions overseeing multiple teams performing REO sales and marketing activities. Accountable for department P&L serving unique clients including global money center banks, GSEs, national loan servicers, and captive clients with a staff of Directors, Team Managers, Asset Managers, Premarketing, Closing, Title, and Compliance professionals. Built comprehensive asset management operations covering broad asset types such as conventional, USDA, FHA, reverse (HECM), private investor, and CWCOT. Improved REO lifecycle performance by empowering teams and improving operational efficiencies at every step. Strengthened vendor partnerships, client relationships, and prospect communications, generating new revenue.

Directs all Pre-Marketing Operations nationwide for a servicing portfolio. Oversee REO Relocation, REO & FHA eviction, Regulatory Oversight and Property Management. Ensures compliance to all federal, state and local laws and regulatory measures. Collaborate with foreclosure department to improve file transfer process as well as REO marketing to implement new processes to effectively market properties.

Managed a nationwide portfolio of REO assets utilizing the most cost effective and time efficient means. Directed internal staff and third-party vendors. Oversaw three teams consisting of approximately 30 Asset Managers and 3 Team Managers. Monitored sales on a monthly basis to ensure all Associates met performance metrics.

Oversaw all Loan Sales, Operations and Fulfillment including Loan Sales, Default Servicing, Underwriting and Processing in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
