As an Executive Coach and award-winning facilitator, my strength is stewarding clients to enhance their internal & external relationships with colleagues and clients. I routinely helps clients to handle delicate matters such as preparing for difficult conversations. A former Associate Director with KPMG Australia, I played a foundational role in the establishment of KPMG’s Business Development Academy. There, I personally conducted more than 600 hours of individual coaching conversations with more than 65 partners and directors – influencing more than $12 million of additional revenue for KPMG in FY13.
