As an Executive Coach and award-winning facilitator, my strength is stewarding clients to enhance their internal & external relationships with colleagues and clients. I routinely helps clients to handle delicate matters such as preparing for difficult conversations. A former Associate Director with KPMG Australia, I played a foundational role in the establishment of KPMG’s Business Development Academy. There, I personally conducted more than 600 hours of individual coaching conversations with more than 65 partners and directors – influencing more than $12 million of additional revenue for KPMG in FY13. National Business Development CoachKpmg Apr 2012 - Jan 2014Toronto, On, CaAs National Business Development Coach I conducted more than 600 hours of individual BD coaching conversations with more than 65 partners and directors. I influenced in excess of $12 million of additional revenue for KPMG in FY13.I worked closely with and reporting to the Head of BD Academy, the role had the following accountabilities:- Coach partners, directors and senior staff through a series of one-on-one BD coaching interventions,- Facilitation of BD group coaching workshops to provide client service teams (CST's) with practical BD knowledge, skills and tools,- Development and supervision of the coaching capability of divisional BD champions and BD managers,- Work with external vendors to provide 'best in class' internal BD programs,- I built relationships across all divisions to engage and influence key stakeholders in order to embed BD capability.
