Designed and constructed a system that consisted of a Linux operation system, a website written in Python, a PACS server (DICOM file transfer communication standard) written in C++, and two databases serviced by MySQL. The website provides medical personnel with tools to view patient medical images such as MRIs and, if needed, to schedule consultations.• Manage technical support for the company• Monitor the health of the program, database, computers, and network to eliminate server issues and program "bugs"• Implement design improvements and create future expansion plans

Supported data analysis through the implementation of analysis tools and algorithms. Responsible for collecting and archiving data in the field for Quick-Look analysis. Completed software for real-time on-board processing systems for three hyperspectral sensors.• Created C# programs for digital image processing and data analysis. The programs included image roam and zoom, plotting, pixel dumps, several scaling and color options, and multiple tabs for viewing data analysis results. Many data analysis algorithms were included in the program using C++ code.• Developed real-time programs to collect data from infrared hyperspectral sensors that would store the data, calibrate it for display, plot the data, and control the sensor• Involved in recovery efforts for Space Shuttle Columbia in Lufkin, Texas utilizing aerial search for wreckage. Wrote the program that was used to calibrate the collected data, and then searched the data to identify potential Space Shuttle parts. GPS locations were then given to searchers, and five to eight pieces were ultimately found.• Contributed to Operation Iraqi Freedom - Iraqi Survey Group, an organization that conducted surveillance in Iraq. The program and sensor used in the shuttle recovery effort were requested by the U.S. military, and were used for an undisclosed classified purpose. Aided in program modifications remotely while it was being used in the field.• Wrote code to translate the radar commands of the U.S. military's Predator Drone to a hyperspectral sensor that was installed in place of the original radar • Collaborated on projects that required input from multiple programmers and multiple companies, and saw all projects through to successful completion• Travelled to multiple locations both within and out of the country to conduct experiments with the sensors• Managed the company’s office in Camarillo, California for approximately seven years
