Since starting Hunter Employee Relations in 2008 I have helped many small to medium sized business owners and senior managers navigate their way through a range of complex employee relations issues as well as a multitude of employment related Awards, Acts, Regulations and Standards. I work with clients who want to manage their business in the best way possible while doing the right thing for their employees and working within the boundaries of the law. However, not knowing where those boundaries are is simply not an option and can quickly become very costly if you get it wrong. The Fair Work industrial relations system is not friendly to employers. I help clients find peace of mind through personal service and innovative employee relations solutions.
