Responsible for the financial integrity of the company by managing two of the most influential departments of the organization: finance and sales. As the financial leader, managed guided financial operations, accounting, treasury, budgeting, internal audit, and reporting. The financial and operational changes implemented increased profitability by more than 180%. In 2011 appointed to Chief Sales Officer leading all sales and marketing functions where I revitalized revenue growth after four years of stagnation. Averaging more than a 10% year-over-year increase in sales we were able to shed unnecessary cost by an average of 10% as well.In 2013 after transforming the company into an earnings juggernaut, facilitated a corporate merger between company’s advisors, bankers, and buyer closing the sale within four months. Since becoming the company’s CFO in 2008, I increased shareholder wealth nearly 400% returning a total of $170 million to shareholders ($51 million in dividends and $119 million from merger).
