Let‘s talk about #data, #leadership and #mindfulness 😊👉 My name is Michael Schuboth and I am responsible for the topic of data migration 📦 and head of MIGSuite at adesso 💙I am a proud team leader and love my team because we are unique with many cultures🌈, young and older colleagues and we all help 🤝, push and encourage each other and learn from each other - and we also never get tired of learning new things 🙂 🤜🤛So not only we, but also our product MIGSuite always stay flexible and up-to-date 🚀 And the joy with which we work together motivates me to give my best every day! 🫶No matter how complex the migration project can be, I know that we can always do it in structured cooperation with our customers - in time & budget.Together with Rüdiger Striemer I initiated and built up the #MIND program 🧘🏼‍♂️ of the adesso Group based on my idea and I am happy what we have already achieved for all adessi and I am looking forward to going even further! 🙌I love spending time with my Family ❤️, especially my wife and my newborn son Henry, and friends, traveling to discover new cultures and meet people, playing basketball 🏀 and soccer ⚽️ , and doing mindfulness training and Yoga.Let's connect and talk, I am happy to get to know you!
