Program Manager Implementation of large complex software-based solutions to airline and travel agency customers throughout the world. Key recent projects include: • Manage Your Book – Web Internet – JetBlue• Boulevard Agency – Sabre 360• Self Service ReAccomodation – Silver Airlines• Travel Bank – AeroMexico • Dynamic Availability - AeroMexicoAccountable for: Successful implementation of large-scale software implementations across complex technical environments, management and reporting of project budgets to executive levels, establish and tracking of project schedule, weekly status reporting, risk and issue mitigation. Sabre Commercial Platform (SCP) – managed quarterly release of SCP. Responsible for ensuring timely release, testing and deployment for 40+ solutions that comprise this platform. Development teams were located worldwide and included all Sabre Global Development Centers. Ensured end-to-end testing was executed successfully and completed on time. Activations, Implementation and Migrations Team - managed a team of Program Managers located in Bangalore India, Krakow Poland and Southlake Texas. Responsible for 75+ implementation and migration projects and 150+ activations per year. Solutions included large-scale eCommerce sites (airline sales and services), as well as middleware and specialized solutions (Check-in, Travel Bank and Agency Manager) for customers throughout the world. Principal Program Manager - Interact - Program Management leadership role for an organization consisting of approximately 90 people in both domestic and offshore locations. Worked closely with JetBlue and internal resources to work through several failed cross functional upgrades. Worked with eight different scrum teams on four different releases and approximately 100 new elements of features. Consistently worked through and resolved problems across teams reporting to senior leadership on a daily basis and executive leadership as required.
