I started my career in sales because I enjoy people and learning about their businesses. Through well thought out questions and an agreed upon exchange of information I quickly realized that selling was all about providing solutions that align with a business’s short and long-term goals and objectives and not trying to push a specific product or service.My role and the environment that I work in has changed dramatically throughout the years. Today, technology changes at an incredible pace. We do not expect our clients to be able to keep pace with technology. It is our role to look at businesses and recommend using technology to help improve internal processes and help orchestrate positive change. I started as a sales professional but over the last 29 years my role has changed to be a mentor and coach to help others develop these same skills. I prefer a work environment that is fast paced, growth oriented where reps develop into the self-sustaining sales professionals that our business needs to succeed. Most importantly, this environment needs to be fun. This matters as buyers today, navigate a broad spectrum of potential solutions and vendors. Hopefully, they desire someone who speaks truthfully and is knowledgeable about technology to help them improve their business. This is what you can expect when working with my team.
