The Celution® System involved over 300 lot controlled components.• Accountable for all design documentation for CE mark and FDA submissions and inspections. The CE mark was successfully obtained. • Co-designed two iterations of disposable systems for cell processing and stem cell extraction, creating a closed sterile path for centrifugation, concentration and delivery (either intravascular or direct cardiac injection). Co-inventor on 4 issued patents. • Managed the introduction of solvent and UV bonding manufacturing processes: assessed characteristics identified appropriate controls, designed and built fixtures.
