Nearly 13 years of experience including technical accounting, developing strategic initiatives, implementing technology solutions and overall leadership of multiple concurrently running teams. In addition to my main assurance role, I was the Market Team Transformation Leader (MTTL) for the Florida Financial Services market team. In this role, I assisted different financial services teams with improving nationally monitored metrics and implementation of technology as well as audit transformation objectives. I was also a frequent instructor and course developer for auditing and accounting industry technical education courses within the firm. As the lead senior manager within the North Florida asset management group, I also oversaw the project management, resource scheduling and monitoring of audit status from commencement to completion for over 25 audits and over 40 individuals.Between different client, internal inspections and business development activities, I have worked across Bermuda, Ireland, London, Paris, Geneva, Zurich and the Cayman Islands.

During this time I was responsible for global clients reporting under US GAAP, IFRS and local Irish GAAP including clients based in the U.S., U.K., France and Switzerland. Assisted with the territory implementation of global audit software, led the software implementation of a global client collaboration tool from the territory approval stage all the way to full implementation. I also taught US GAAP training updates and was a resource for US GAAP financial reporting questions.

In my role I was responsible for developing pricing models, calculation and negotiation of contractual rates across the United States. I developed more efficient pricing models utilizing Microsoft excel and a tracking system, which on an automated basis, fed to a database to track and run trends and analysis on historical pricing quotes.

In my role I was responsible for review of medical claims provided by clients (hospitals and doctors offices) and advancing the claims to various insurance companies to ensure prompt payment. This processing included reviewing claim documentation to ensure accurate coding and documentation necessary for the insurance companies to process the claim.
