I am passionate about making a difference. After working for 27+ years in the traditional business world, I decided that it was time to leave that behind, to refocus priorities and to use my experience to try to help non-profit organizations achieve their goals. Following 2 years of independent consulting, I have officially joined Make-A-Wish North Texas.My background includes support of a large portfolio of diverse companies and clients including Royal Appliance/Dirt Devil, the U.S. Department of Defense and Southwest Airlines. Working for companies like EDS and HP, I had the opportunity to lead projects and teams, driving business outcomes for clients.My real passion; however, came from driving employee and community engagement within the companies where I worked and through volunteering with organizations like Make-A-Wish and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Whether it is innovation, process improvement, business transformation, strategy development, event production or community engagement, I am committed to driving collaboration to effect change and believe that aligning the right passion with the right connection will drive the best outcome.
